Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Super Vision ("Super Vision," "we," or "us") collects through www.supervision.work, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to team@supervision.work.

What this policy covers

This policy covers our public website and the messages and scheduling requests you send us. It does not cover video or other data that a customer chooses to process with Super Vision. That data is handled for the customer under its agreement with us. See "Customer data" below.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as Google (analytics, scheduling, and email) and Amazon Web Services (hosting), and only as far as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights, safety, or security, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of the business.

We do not sell personal information.

Customer data

Super Vision turns video from cameras a customer already operates into reports about operational activity at a location, such as queues, coverage, and staffing. The customer decides which cameras to connect and why. We process that data on the customer's behalf and under the customer's agreement with us, and the customer is responsible for its own notices to employees and visitors.

Our product is designed to describe activity at a location rather than to score individuals. Access, retention, and regional requirements are agreed with each customer before cameras are connected.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as we need it to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you; to access, correct, or delete it; to object to or restrict certain uses; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

To make a request, email team@supervision.work. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also contact your local data protection authority. Where those laws apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and operating the website, and on your consent where we ask for it.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed and stored there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

Our website is meant for business visitors. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we will say so here.
